He was born on January 10, 1923 in Mifflin Township, rural Livingston, the son of Elmer G. and Ada (Bethke) Biddick. He married Elinor Bradley on February 23, 1946 at the "Farm on 38" in Racine County. She passed on August 31, 1973 from cancer. Later he married Dorothy Sirny and in 1991 Roger married Jean Manchester."
