Also referred to as Clermont Cemetery located at the Jim Beam Distillery on Hwy 245, the cemetery is less than 1/2 mile mile left off the highway on Happy Hollow Road as you drive through the distillery. There's a brick church next to the cemetery. The correct name, according to the Vine Hill Church that owns the cemetery, is Vine Hill Cemetery, being one and the same as Clermont Cemetery, and they record the burial of I. Brashear. The cemetery originally started another several hundred yards back on the ridge as early as 1827. There is a gravel road (Vine Hill Road) along the left side that leads to a dead end where there are several more graves.
