W. S. Beaman, retired Mountain Home farmer, died at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at Magic Valley Memorial hospital. He was 87.
Born at Des Moines, la., Oct. 19, 1867, he spent the early part of his married life farming in Wyoming and Colorado. In 1912 he moved to Mountain Home where he continued to farm until 1941 when he retired and moved to Buhl to live with a daughter, Mrs. Myrl Allen.
Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Allen, are the widow, Mrs. Rhoda Beaman; three daughters, Mrs. Jessie Personius, Twin Falls, Mrs. Orda Evans, Grandview, and Mrs. Mae Personius, Sacramento, Calif.; one son, Glen Beaman, Darwin, Calif., 14 grandchlidren and 26 great grandchildren. Two sons, Ray Beaman and Lawrence Beaman, preceded their father in death.
Funeral services are pending. Final rites will be at Mountain Home.
