Warfield officiating. Burial will take place in the Park Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Hayhurst Funeral Home. Carrie Friggel was born December 14, 1893 at Nickleville, PA. She was the daughter of John Charles Fremont and Mariah Catherine (Exley) Boyer. She died at Bixby Manor, 76 West Rachel St., Bixby, OK, on June 23, 1992. Mrs. Friggel was married to James Marshall Friggel on February 12, 1916 at Franklin, PA. He preceded her in death on January 10, 1964. Mrs. Friggel was a resident of Broken Arrow since 1916. She was also a member of the Eastern Star, the Rebecca's Lodge and the First United Methodist Church of Broken Arrow. Her sons, Billy Lee Friggel and James Fremont Friggel, preceded her in death. Survivors include her five daughters, Dorothy Rankin and Jeanne Linell, both of Broken Arrow; Arlene Jackson of Vallejo, CA; Lucille Mayfield of Ashland, NE and Lois Peterson of Overland Park, KS; her son, John Marshall
Friggel of Broken Arrow; and a sister, Dorothy Jenny Bell of Strattanville, PA. A total of 21 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and nine great, great grandchildren also survive her. The family requests that memorials be sent to the Broken Arrow First United Methodist Church Building Fund.
