Logan Lee Cartwright, son of Chad and Shellie (Nevitt) Cartwright, was delivered on August 27, 2002 at Valley West Community Hospital, Sandwich, IL.
We did not hear our precious baby boy cry - he was still. Now we mourn the loss of our son, our hopes and dreams of future years of caring, nurturing and loving him. We are grateful for the time we were able to hold you Logan, in our arms, for we will hold you in our hearts forever.
Survivors include Logan's parents, Shellie and Chad Cartwright of Sheridan, IL; maternal grandparents Lin and Smokey Nevitt of Sycamore, IL; maternal great-grandparents, Ruth and Emory Voyles of Sycamore, IL; paternal grandparents, Cindy and Jeff Cartwright of Sandwich, IL; paternal great-grandparents, Barb and Dave Meredith of Sheridan, IL; Gene and Nancy Cartwright of Lake Carroll, IL and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Winifred Van Epps.
Funeral services for Logan will be held at 1:30PM on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at Burkhart Funeral Home, Sandwich, IL, with Rev. David Kaul officiating. Burial will be in Elerding Cemetery, Sheridan, IL. Visitation will be held from 11:30AM until the time of funeral service on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at Burkhart Funeral Home, Sandwich, IL.
