Lorene Quinton was born May 27, 1925 in Jenks, Oklahoma the daughter of John and Versa (Cantrell) Fletcher. She died on Saturday, March 26, 2011 in Broken Arrow. She was 85 years of age.
The former Miss Lorene Fletcher attended Jenks Schools. She was married to Boisdee H. Quinton on September 24, 1949 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Boisdee preceded her in death on May 6, 2008. Lorene was employed as a Press Operator at Zebco for some 20 years. She had lived most of her life in the Jenks and Broken Arrow area. Lorene loved spending time with her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She enjoyed Gardening, Making Crafts for the Grandkids and was an obsessive cleaner. She attended Faith Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. The family requests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
