Debbie worked for Automotive Armature and for Federal Mogul for many years. She loved music, dance, and motorcycles. Debbie had resided in Florida for the past twelve years.
Survivors include her father, Richard Beck; mother and step father, Shirley Ann Rooker and Harold Rooker; daughter, Angela Payne; son, Jeffery Garland; sisters,Rhonda Tolan and Kristal Rooker; brother, Harold Scott Rooker; grandchildren, Harley Whitesell and Jacob Garland; aunt and special friend, Darlene Powers; many cousins including Tami Holland.
A memorial service was held at 12 Noon, Saturday, March 5, 2011, in the Carlisle & Son Funeral Chapel, Mooresville, with calling there from 10 a.m. Inurnment was in the Mooresville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
