FUNERAL HELD SATURDAY FOR N.C. OLSEN—Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon in the Ferron ward chapel for Neldon C. Olsen, 58, Moore, who died Wednesday in the Carbon hospital after a short illness.

Bishop R. Gale Thomas conducted the services. Prayers were offered by Rue Ware, Orangeville; Stanley Allen, Manti; Austin Olsen, Price. Dedication was by James Peacock, Orangeville. Speakers were Sam Singleton and Rex Bunderson. Music included a duet by Van and Kendall Gardner, accompanied by Ada Nielsen and conducted by Feida Behling. Pall bearers were Orvell Allen, Paul Crawford, Royal Fox, Clayton Olsen, Rufus Albrechtsen, and Mark Olsen.

Mr. Olsen was born March 27, 1906 in Ferron to James Frederick and Ellen Taylor Olsen. He married Melva Nielsen February 18, 1925 in Emery; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He was a farmer and dairyman.

Survivors are his widow, son daughters; Royce J, Mrs. James (Barbara) Peacock, Mrs. Rue (Nellie Ann) Ware, all Orangeville; 12 grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, Weldon Olsen, Idaho Falls; Austin Olsen, Price; Zenna Crawford, Moore. Burial was in the Ferron cemetery under the direction of the Fausett- Etzel Mortuary.
