Mrs. Mahala Minster, wife of John S. Minster died at her home at 2528 Sixth Avenue yesterday afternoon after ten weeks of typhoid fever, aged 58 years, 9 months, and 25 days. She was born at Stone Valley on January 12, 1848, and was a daughter of John and Rosa Randolph. She was a member of Christ Second Lutheran church and of the Rebekah degree of Odd Fellows, and was a very estimable woman. She is survived by her husband and the following children: William A., James S., Mrs. Lottie Hargreaves, Mrs. Grace Tremmel, and Miss Ruth, all of this city, and one brother, Adolphus Randolph, residing in Missouri, and one sister Mrs. James Hunter of Stone Valley.
The funeral will be held on Sunday afternoon with public services at the house. Interment private in Fairview cemetery.
