Frank Henry Urey, aged 72, years, of R.D. 1, Grove City, died this morning at 8:30 o'clock after a three years illness. He was born in Mercer county, November 12, 1881, son of William and Sarah Donley Urey. He had been married to Mrs. Frances Leah Rodgers, who had preceded him in death. A son, Isaac, had also preceded him in death. The deceased was a retired employe of the Sharon Coal and Limestone company as a miner. He was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance church of Grove City. He leaves his children: Clyde M. Urey, Grove City: Mrs. Raymond Fry, Greenville; Mrs. Floyd Davis of R. D. 2. Surviving are his sisters: Mrs. Robert Pearson, Mrs. Etta Rodgers, Mercer; Mrs. Claude McCracken of Clarks Mills, Pa., Mrs. Margaret Rodgers, this city, and Mrs. Lula Resinger of Carlton, Pa.; a brother, Charles Urey, Mercer, Pa., and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at the Cunningham funeral home, Grove City, Thursday at two p.m., Rev. Earl C. Docherly in charge. Burial will be in Plain Grove cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday two to four and seven to nine p.m., and Wednesday, three to five and seven to nine p.m. at the funeral home.
