Mrs. Albertina Tess, wife of Fred Tess of Greenleaf, who died on March 20, had attained the age of only 31 years and her untimely death calls for the sincerest sympathy of her large circle of friends and neighbors. She leaves behind a grieving husband, and two young sons, Clarence and Melvin. Her father also survives her, as do five brothers, George, Henry, Fred, Lewis and Philip Bastian and three sisters, Mrs. John Wolfmeyer, Mrs. Richard Huebner and Miss Clara Bastian.
The funeral took place last week Wednesday for the Ger. M. E. Church, Rev. Blake conducting the sad rites.
