Evelyn was soft spoken and worked hard all her life. She loved animals especially dogs. Her greatest joy was her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry J. Arnaud and Frank E. Mattos; and her son Eugene Arnaud.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Nancy Whorton and her husband Larry; her son, Stephan Mattos and his wife Deborah; daughter-in-law, Kay Arnaud; four grandchildren; and four great-grand-children.
A Graveside Service will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Lafayette, Ca.
