Bob is the son of Simon R. Bullock and Susan J. McCord. He married Maude M Green, and they had five sons.

Bob became ill with the flu during the flu pandemic of 1918, resulting in his death. It is said that he got the flu by shaking hands with a family member who was traveling through town, but didn't even get out of the car because he was sick.

VETERAN OF THE SPANISH WAR DIED AT FARMERSVILLE

The Rev. J. Ben Snider went to Farmersville this morning where he will assist in conducting the funeral of Bob Bullock, a farmer living two miles east of Farmersville, who died Friday.

The deceased is survived by a wife and five little sons. He was a prominent Mason, a member of the Presbyterian Church and was a veteran of the Spanish-American War. Burial took place at the I.O.O.F Cemetery at 2 o' clock this afternoon.
