Mrs. Melvin Eppinger, 69, Volant RD 2, the former Ada L. Magee, died in Grove City Hosppital yesterday at noon following a short illness. Born Oct. 21, 1887 in Mercer County, she was a daughter of George and Mary Richael Magee. Her husband preceded her in deah. She was a member of the Plain Grove Presbyterian Church. Surviving are five daughters, Edna Marie, at home; Mrs. Evelyn Hunt, New Castle Rd; Mrs. Lucille Hunt, Portersville RD; Mrs. Bertha Walters, Slippery Rock RD; Mrs. Hazel Fitzgerald, Volant RD; two sons, Charles, Volant RD; Kenneth, Slippery Rock RD; sisters Mrs. Bessie Reeher, Grove City; Mrs. Margaret Forrest, Mercer; Mrs. Della Kyle, New Wilmington; brothers, John, Carl, and Randal McGee, Mercer RD; 11 grandchildren. Services will be held in the Ligo Funeral Home, Slippery Rock, Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. George Barnhart of the Plain Grove Presbyterian Church in charge. Internment will be in the Plain Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
