Funeral service for Chester Arthur Lemon, 80, 905 South 18th is pending under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
Mr. Lemon was born Dec 13, 1892 in DeKalb, Tex. He married the former Miss Naomi Robertson on Feb. 23, 1924 in Marlow.
He was a retired salesman and a member of Epworth Methodist Church. A veteran of World War I, he was a member of VFW, J. H. Henderson Post 1319 of Chickasha.
He died Tuesday in Grady Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi of the home; four sons, C. A. of Australia, Gene and Richard of Midwest City and John of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Dwinell John of London, England, Mrs. Mary Jane Pierce of Bloomington, Calif., and Mrs. Linda Johnson of Eufaula; one brother, E. W. Lemon of Fluvanna, Tex.; 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
