C. Henry Beaudette, 83, of Sandown, NH., passed from this life to life eternal, Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH.

Henry was born in Lawrence to the late Henry J. and Germaine (Croteau) Beaudette. Henry was a member of the former St. Anne's parish in Lawrence, were he was baptized and received first Communion. He then joined the former Mt. Carmel Church of Methuen. Mr. Beaudette served his country proudly during World War II in the United States army, being awarded the World war II Victory Medal.

He worked as a truck driver for over 50 years and was a member of Teamsters Local 49, retiring in 1992. Henry was a proud member of the Elks Club of Lawrence, the Moose Club of Berlin, NH., the Halcyon club of Derry, NH and the French Social Club of Lawrence. Mr. Beaudette enjoyed 10 pin bowling and shooting pool. Above all else, he enjoyed spending time with his cherished family.

Henry leaves his beloved wife of 58 years, Emilia "Mimi" (Gaudet) Beaudette. He also leaves his loving children, Charles Beaudette and his wife JoAnn, Alan Beaudette and his wife Cheryl; his five devoted granddaughters, Amy, Sarah, Jackie, Alyson and Emily; as well as his three great-grandchildren, Abbie, Zoey and Brayden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends. He was predeceased by his siblings, Joseph L. Beaudette and Evelyn Beauchesne.

Arrangements: The family received friends Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, with the celebration of remembrance that began at 7 p.m. The interment will be held privately at the Sacred heart Cemetery in Andover. Donations may be made in memory of Henry to the charity of one's choice.

NOTE: Henry was originally to be interred at Sacred Heart Cemetery with his parents but due to difficulties associated with the Boston Archdiocese (the owners of the cemetery), the location was changed to the Sandown Center Cemetery in Sandown, NH.
