Mrs. Perry T. McGinnis, of 5310 Vanderbilt, a Dallas Resident for more than 30 years, died in a Terrell hospital Monday after a short illness.
Mrs. McGinnis was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sodalitan Bible Class, Dallas Lily Society, Iva Cass Garden Club, Ermance Book Review Club, Delta Gamma Mothers Club and Dallas Women's Forum. She was a past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Frank A Camp Jr. of Denton; two sisters, Mrs. Summerfield Griffith and Mrs. C. L. Hamil of Terrell; two brothers, Walter W. Lechner of Dallas and Pil A. Lechner of Terrell, and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Anderson-Clayton Funeral Chapel in Terrell, at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. John B. Stepp will officate.
Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Terrell.
