CLARE McCORMICK
Clare McCormick, 94, formerly of Shell Lake, died on Tuesday, Jan 14, 1997, at Heritage Manor, Rice Lake.
She was born on April 9, 1902 of William and Elizabeth Knapp in Washburn County. She graduated from Shell Lake High School. She had been a stenographer in Superior and then later worked in Washington D.C. She returned to Shell Lake area in 1954. She had been a resident of Heritage Manor since 1978.
She was proceeded in death by five sisters and three brothers.
Internment will be in Shell Lake Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Pockat Funeral Home, Shell Lake.
