Sue was a mother and a wife. as sister, a daughter and an aunt and a grandmother.... She attended art school and was very good. She was a hard worker and dedicated to life in general. She had three sons: Scott 1958-1963, Brain and Evan when she passed away.
Susan, although not "famous" in her own right, was related to many notables such as George W Bush, 8th cousin, Elvis Presley, 8th cousin, Dorothy Park Benjamin wife of Enrico Caruso, Mary Cassett,Florence Nightengale, Abigail Smith Adams, wife of our second president, John Quincy Adams, 6th president of the United States, Orville Wright, JP Morgan,Rutherford B Hayes 19th President of the United States, Samuel Adams whose face appears on beer now, but who was a Massachuttes State representative and helped organize the Boston Tea Party and had a loud voice for Independence, cousin to Ellen Louise Axson Wilson, first lady to President Woodrow Wilson, Agatha Christy, Humphrey Bogart, John Wayne, D H Lawrence, Raymond Massey and many many more notables!
She was married twice. Her first husband was Don Lee Long and she married in 1956 and had three children. Her second husband was Paul David Braun. They had no children. Paul died in 2009 in Henderson NV. He is pictured here. He has no grave site. His ashes were scattered by his sons, Aaron and Michael Braun, in several locations .... one being in his hometown of Park Forest ILL where he grew up. His mother died in Ca and his father in OR.
