O. L. "Skip" Welsh, retired owner of an upholstery shop in Neosho, died suddenly in the University of Missouri Medical Center at Columbia at 8:30 this morning after an illness of three days. He was 67 years old.
Mr. Welsh was born March 8, 1897, at Tiff City and attended Neosho schools.
He is survived by the widow, Mildred, of the home at 502 Oak Ridge Drive, two brothers, Cleo of Neosho and Roy of Denver, Colo.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The Clark Funeral Home is in charge. The body is being returned to Neosho today.
