Louisa Bethesda Copeland was the daughter of William Copeland and Sarah Lucas Copeland. Louisa's first husband was Paul Girtman whom she married 19 Oct 1856 and they were the parents of the following children: George, Ada, Sarah Ida, and Amos Girtman. Louisa Bethesda Copeland Girtman secondly married William Powers on 17 Oct 1875 and they were the parents of their only child together, Harry Bertie Powers.
