"Younger" was elected Trustee of Ward 3 in 1913 in Idabel, McCurtain County, Oklahoma, and was elected President of the Trustees. He died suddenly April 10, 1915 age 42. He was so liked by the citizens of Idabel that the businessmen made a proclamation to close the town during the hours of his services. His body was then processed to Hope, Hempstead County, Arkansas, for burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hope.
