ESCONDIDO -Fred P. Loverin, 61 died Monday, July 23, 2001, at his home of cancer.
Born Feb 8, 1940, in Melrose, Middlesex County, Mass, he lived in Escondido for 1 ½ months and lived in Vista previously. He was a heavy equipment operator at Lusardi Construction Co. from 1972 until 2001. He served in the U.S air Force from 1958 to 1961.
Mr. Loverin was preceded in death by his wife, Tonya Loverin, in July 16, 1991. He is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law Derek and Kathy Miller of New York and Robert Chaney Loverin of San Diego daughters Belinda Jay Chaney Loverin of Escondido, Tina Loverin Anderson of Banning and Kathy Loverin of Vista; and grandchildren Sheri, Danielle, Christopher, Cassandra, Amanda, Brandon, Tianna, Kylie and Joshua.
Visitation is scheduled at 2 p.m. and memorial service at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 28 at Eternal Hills Mortuary with the Rev David Plank officiating. Entombment will follow at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
