A visitation will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., both at Douglass & Zook Chapel of Remembrance Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Covina.
