Funeral services for Clemy Albert Loupe, 74, retired farmer and resident of Monroe City for the last six years were to be held today at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Broussard's Mortuary in Beaumont. He died Sunday in the Chambers county hospital here after a long illness. Burial was to be in the China cemetery.
Mr. Loupe, native of La Foursche Crossing, La., is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lovencia Loupe; two sons, O.J. Loupe of Port Arthur and W.J. Loupe of China; three daughters, Mrs. A.J. Bruce and Mrs. Louis Bruce, both of Monroe City, and Mrs. N.J. East of Port Neches; three brothers, Louis Loupe of Bridge City, Thomas Loupe of Port Arthur, and Alex Loupe of Thibodaux, La.; two sisters, Mrs. L Ledet and Mrs. Mena Bergeron, both of Port Arthur; 19 granchildren and 15 great grandchilren.
