Ben was a good family provider and shared his good fortune with neighbors, friends and relatives.
They owned a small farm near Oglesby, TX, Coryell Co. They sold their farm and moved to Trent, TX, Taylor Co. Several years later they moved back to Oglesby. They were married 60 years.
I found this information on Ben and Martha in a cookbook called Henager Family Recipes in 1993. Martha must have been a great cook. The book says the delicious food and aromas from her kitchen are rememberd by her children and grandchildren. I thought she and Ben were worthy of having memorials.
