Was in the Navy in WWII Residence as of Mar 1987,Cape Coral Florida.He also taught at several universities and colleges and consulted with governments in Moscow,Ireland and India on traffic engineering. He was funny and generous and good and everybody loved him.He said of himself "The greatest joy and pride of my life is Joyce and my eleven kids. Bud is the name that his brothers and sisters know him by.
