He was the son of Samuel and Amanda Porterfield Andrews.He served in the Army in WWI.He was employed by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad for 46 years.He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.He was perseeded in death by his first wife Elsie Vertrude Andrews.He is survived by his second wife Mary .He was the father of four daughters Mrs. Wilma Miller,Mrs. June Goetz,Mrs. Audrey Bucy all of Cumberland,Maryland,Mrs. Vera Whisner Aliquippa Pa. and a son David Allan Walker Byrdstown, Tenn.Three step children Mrs. Carolyn Rutherford,near Gatson,William Watson Muncie and Donald Watson Cudahy,Calif. also several grand and great grandchildren.
