Katina Dishman, 7, daughter of Eddie and Kathy Dishman of Trade, Tennessee, died Tuesday morning, January 15, 1985 at home.
She was born in Watauga County September 15, 1977, a daughter of Mack Edward and Kathy Leonard Dishman. She was a student at Mabel Elementary School.
In addition to her parents she is survived, by a sister, her paternal grandparents, Mack and Mary Sue Dishman, her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Viola Leonard and her paternal great-grandmother, Bula Eggers.
Services will be conducted Thursday at 2 pm at Mabel United Methodist Church. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 until 2 pm. Officiating will be the Rev. Charles L Rowalnd. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends this evening from 7 until 8:30 at Hampton Funeral Service.
Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
