Robert Jack Bell, 80, of Blakely died Monday, Feb. 12, 2007, at Early Memorial Nursing Home.

Mr. Bell was born in Anderson, Mo., Dec. 16, 1926, to the late William A. Bell and Mamie M. Meador. He was a retired manager of a boat marina and a member of the U.S. Navy during WWII.


Survivors include one son, Greg Bell of California; one daughter, Laura Bell of Vista, Calif.; one brother, William A. Bell of Riverside, Calif.; and two sisters, Jackie B. Bivens of North Highlands, Calif. and Jeanine Abrahamson of Canton, S.D; and two grandchildren.

Graveside services are today, Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Blakely Cemetery with Rev. Keith Horn officiating.

Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
