Along with her husband, she owned Sigmund's Delicatessen. She was a volunteer for Woman's Hospital for 40 years and a member of Congregation B'nai Israel.
Survived by her three children, Alan Durlacher, Sue Cormier, and David Durlacher and wife Earline; and two granddaughters, Sara Cormier and Erica Durlacher.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Sigmund Durlacher; and good friend, Alfred Reinhardt.
Graveside service at Jewish Cemetery.
