DAYTON, April 18 --Samuel A. Rafferty, 84, of Oakfield, wis., died Friday at 11;30 a.m. in the home of a sister, Mrs. Cora Carpenter, where he had spent the last three winters.
Born in Sandusky County, Ohio., he was married to Minnie Hubbard who died in 1948. He was a member of the Baptist Church at Fond du Lac, Wis.
Surviving besides Mrs. Carpenter are two other sisters, Mrs. Kate Watkins and Mrs. Grace Norwood, both of Los Angeles, Cal., and a brother, Harry of Casper, Wyo.
