Betty Sue England, 84, Neosho, died at 6:45 a.m. Friday, November 12, 1999, at her home in Neosho, following an illness.

Mrs. England was born November 5, 1915, in Harrison, Arkansas to Walter Casey and Elizabeth (Carlton) Casey. She moved to the Neosho area in 1931. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher. She was a member of Fortnightly Study Club and past Worthy Matron for Eastern Star, a former member of the Neosho Women's Club, the Rotary Ann's and the Crowder Foundation.

She married Judge Ray England in 1940 in Neosho and he preceded her in death on July 31, 1993.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Lee England, Neosho; a son and his wife, James and Sally England, Springfield, Missouri; five grandchildren, Daniel and Casey England, Patick Brewer and Natalie and Sarah Kollmeyer and a great grandson, Ryan Brewer.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Neosho. Dr. Todd Decker and Jerry Seigel will officiate. Burial will be in the Neosho IOOF Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Ray England, Patrick Brewer, Dale Palmer, Elmer Houck, Karl Gaston and Dr. Larry Barnes.

Honorary pallbearers will be George Henry, Charles Ruyle, Herbert Douglas, Walter Walker and Jack Wood.
