GOLDTHWAITE - Funeral services for Alline Vines, 85, of Brownwood, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 4, at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Chapel with Brother Doug Holtzclaw officiating. Burial will follow at Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She died Thursday, March 1, 2007, at Care Nursing Center in Early.
She was born Dec. 10, 1921, in Star to Ashley and Bertha Wigley Weathers.
Survivors include her son, Bradley Vines of Brownwood; a sister, Geraldine Woodley of Brownwood; a brother, Franklin Weathers of Irving; and many nieces and their families.
She was preceded in death her parents and one sister, Johnnie Dodson.
