Adolf E. Wegmann, 95, died yesterday at his Woodburn home. A native of Cedarburg, Wis., he had lived in the area since 1919. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. He retired in 1961 from S.F. Bowser and operated the A.E. Wegmann Insurance Agency from 1950 to 1980.
His wife, Alvena, died in 1936.
Surviving are his second wife, Lois; sons, Lynn of Woodburn, Roland of Butler and Glen of Davenport, Iowa; a daughter, Blossom Schumm of Tempe Park, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Calling will be 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, New Haven. Services will also be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Christ Lutheran Church, Woodburn, with calling from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
