She was born, October 13, 1865, daughter of the late George W and Marietta (Witner) Ingersoll.
Minnie lived her entire life in the Akron Community. She was a mother, wife, and homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Getz; and daughter, Goldie A Long; brothers, Byron and Harry L. Ingersoll.
She is survived by her husband, David W. Getz, whom she married on July 7, 1885, in Summit County. Also, three sons, Seymour (Sadie) of Akron, Grover (Theresa) of Barberton, Chester (Alvina) of Akron; four daughters, Sylvia (Thomas) Houston, of Barberton, Flossie (John) Stonebrook of Akron, Myrtle (Lee) Thompson of Wadsworth, and Carrie (Stanley) Kozak of Barberton; sister, Cora (George) Romig of Barberton; brother, Albert (Mary) Ingersoll of Akron.
Funeral services at Campfield Hickman. Buried at Lakewood Cemetery, Akron.
