Grace Elizabeth Griffith, wife of Earl Griffith, passed away in Bandon, Wednesday, November 10. The deceased was born in Alcester, South Dakota, August 7, 1893. She came to Bandon with her family about four years ago from Elkton, Oregon, and was an active member of the Assembly of God Church. She leaves her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Marjorie Johnson of Bandon and Mrs. Roberta Sanderson of Corvallis, two sons, Jay and Earl, both of whom are in the Navy, and seven grandchildren.
Services were held November 13, at Assembly of God Church, with Rev. Hilton Parks of Cottage Grove officiating. Burial was at the Odd Fellows Cemetery under the direction of Schroeder Brothers Mortuary.
