Casimiro Echeverria was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. He became a young father, to two daughters, Aurora and Graciela from his previous marriage. At the age of twenty eight he married his young bride Maria Macias Echeverria. Together they had seven children. Casimiro was a worldly man who loved his two countries, where he was born and where he lived, to the day of his death. His family, however, was the one thing Casimiro loved and cherished more than anything in the world.

Casimiro made a career for himself in the shoe making industry. His hard work and discipline afforded him the financial stability to purchase a home of his own and for his family. As his shoe making career ended, his acting career blossomed. He as well as his wife Maria could be found in magazines, bill-boards, television commercials, and were part of many Hollywood movies as "extras." Being actors afforded them the means to travel around the world and visit his birth place. Casimiro enjoyed visiting his extended family and especially enjoyed sharing all of the adventures that he and his wife had, with their children.

Casimiro and his wife were devout Catholics and devoted parents who shared their values, culture and traditions with their children and community. He and his wife were role models to their children, community and friends. As a devout Catholic, he taught his values to his children, speaking and living the path our Lord laid for him. He was involved in church festivals , church repair, fundraisers, and with the church thrift store. His neighbors and church community knew they could always count on him for just about anything, at any time.

Casimiro was proud of his culture and instilled that pride in his children. He will be remembered by the way in which he filled his children with love and virtue, by how he role modeled love of family, and by his ability to fulfill his dream of a better life for his family.

Casimiro joins his wife Maria who preceded him in death. He leaves behind nine children, twelve grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a big void in their hearts.
