Harriet was the daughter of Salmon Ruggles Starr (who died when he was only 33) and Rachel Lacey. She had one brother, Henry John Starr. Harriet married Daniel Glover Beers on January 3, 1843 in Brookfield. They had 4 children: Eli Francis Beers Ellen Sophronia (Nell), Henry Starr Beers & our ancestor, Hattie Lacey Beers Randall.
