Smith - Frank M Smith, 77, of 4332 Genessee; died Saturday at the Wabash Hospital in Moberly MO, after an illness of five weeks. Mr Smith was a retired switchman for the Wabash railroad and was with the railroad for 37 years. He and his wife, Mrs Jessie Myrtle Smith of the home, observed their 55th wedding anniversary in March. Mr Smith was a member of the Westport Masonic lodge. Also surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs Ray Bullock, 1412 W 35th Terr, Mrs W Wayne Lieser, Lenexa and Mrs Robert L Hunt, 4816 Holly; a sister Mrs Katherine Lafferty, 5921 Charlotte, 4 grandchildren and a great grandchild. Services will be at 2 o'clock Wednesday at the Stine & McClure chapel. Burial will be in Mount Moriah cemetery.
