AVIATOR PECK RECOVERING.

Funeral of Wife, to Whom He Gave Blood, Will Be Held Today

Paul Peck, the aviator, whose wife, formerly Miss Ruth Owens of Rockville, Maryland, died at their home in the Royalton apartments, late Friday night, was recovering yesterday from the effects of the cut in his arm made when he underwent an operation for the transfusion of his blood to his wife in an effort to save her life.

"My arm is still tied up, but the pain has almost gone," said Mr. Peck last night.

Funeral services for Mrs. Peck will be held at noon today, the Rev. William T. Snyder officiating. Interment will be in Rockville.

Dr. Henry D. Frye, who was reported to have taken part in the operation, said last night he did not perform the operation, and that he had not discussed the case in any particular.
