Jean E. Phillips, age 76, of Monroe, died on February 28, 2011. She was born in Heard County on November 1, 1934 to the late Daniel Emory and the late Maggie Arrington Emory. She was preceded in death by her son, the late Richard Anthony Phillips.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Lamb, Rev. Jace Milligan, and Rev. Bill Jones. Interment followed at Hill Haven Cemetery.
