Obituary - 1970 - Mrs. Adella Bandt died at the Adams County Memorial hospital Dec. 23 after a lingering illness.
Funeral services were held at the Coloma Methodist Church on Dec. 26 with Rev. Robert Le count officiating.
She was born in the township of Springfield in Marquette county on Oct. 8, 1900, the youngest daughter of the late Frank and Charlotte Maynard. She was united in marriage to Henry Bandt of Coloma. They lived most of their married life on the home farm near Pilot Knob in Adams County until coming to Coloma to live in 1964. Her husband and one daughter Carol Gethers preceded her in death.
She is survived by six sons, five daughters, 44 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Also, two brothers and two sisters.
