Jerry L. Icenogle, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011. He was 70. Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, March11, 2011 from the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Travis Free, Rev. Don Clark and Rev. Steve Trail officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
Jerry was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church of Dothan. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 P. M. Thursday March 10, 2011.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nina P. Icenogle of Dothan, four children: Debbie Yurevich (Allen Spivey) of Dothan, Bernie Icenogle, of Dothan, Sue Knight, of Frankfort, KY, and Rosie Butler (Michael) of Slocomb. Ten grandchildren: Jarrod Davis, Robert Icenogle, Jerry Icenogle, Matthew Knight, Chris Skipper, Christy Harrison, Alex Butler, Katie Butler, Tony Hughes and Kate Spivey. Four great-grand children, Colby, Cayden, Amaya and Emma. Step Mother Georgia Icenogle. Three sisters Rosemary Morgan, Vandetta Tidwell, Elaine Asbrock, Three brothers Jim Icenogle, Bob Icenogle and Glenn Icenogle.
