RESEARCH NOTE: Her marriage records lists father, C. J. Utter. Nora was listed in her mother's obituary.
OBITUARY: Mrs. John (Utter) Allman. Mrs. John Allman, aged 37 years 4 months and 19 days, from near Wheaton, died Saturday night, of typhoid fever, leaving her husband and several children to mourn her passing. She was a highly respected citizen and enjoyed this respect of everybody. Rev. J. S. McQueen of this city, conducted funeral services at the Christian Church in Rocky Comfort, Sunday and the remains were interred in the cemetery there. The deceased was a daughter of Mr. Utter of Rocky Comfort and was a member of the Christian Church. Mr. Allman and children have the sympathy of all. Newspaper Cassville Democrat, Barry Co., MO. Date Saturday, September 8, 1917.
