Lisa was born on August 27, 1960 in Los Angeles, CA. She was a cashier, and member of the Church of Christ in Fort Stockton. She had lived in Fort Stockton since 1971. She enjoyed craft jewelry, and her dog "Halley".
Survivors: son, Dylan Garrett of Fort Stockton; father, N. Gene Williamson of Fort Stockton; and a brother, Steven Williamson of Las Vegas.
Her mother, Glenda Williamson, preceded her in death in 2004.
