Bessie Mae DeLong, 77, of Okmulgee, died Wednesday, March 10, 1993 at Saint Francis Hospital.
She was born October 8, 1915 in Kiowa, OK. to Calvin White and Martha Ashing.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. DeLong was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick DeLong; and a daughter, Norma Menely.
Survivors include sons, Chancey DeLong, of Tulsa; Fred DeLong, Earl DeLong, and Steven DeLong, all of Okmulgee; daughters, Hazel Slape of Tahlequah, Okla.; Billie Schmidt of Okmulgee and Susie Dean of Mont Clair, Calif.; sisters, Hazel Bonham and Velma Schmidt, both of Okmulgee and Mildred McCullar; and one brother, George Bonham of Okmulgee; 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 13, 1993 at the McClendon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. French will officiate. Services will be conducted by McClendon Funeral Home."
