NISSWA -- Margaret Bentley, 86, Nisswa, died Friday, May 25, 2001, at Whispering Pines Good Samaritan Village in Pine River.

She was born May 20, 1915, in Graetinger, Iowa, to Richard and Margaret (Joyce) Aylward. She graduated from Appleton High School. She married Rolland L. "Rol" Bentley. They managed businesses in Sauk Centre and Nisswa. She had been a member of St. Alice Catholic Church in Pequot Lakes and St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa.

Survivors include two sisters, Lucille Farley Fedor, San Jose, Calif., and Fay Rundquist, Bowie, Md.

Her husband; three brothers, Herschel, Richard and Joseph Aylward; and a sister, Mary Nolan, died earlier.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Christopher's Catholic Church in Nisswa with Father George Zeck officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.
