They had 7 children 2 of whom are dead. Surviving are husband and 5 children, 1 brother and 2 sisters. children are Vada; Gertrude; Fay; Kay; and Dee. From the baby a few months old to the oldest daughter just past 16 yrs. A brother is Silas Mitchell of Avon, IL. The Sisters are Mrs. Dr. Bell of Duncombe, Iowa, Mrs. Daisy Trulock, Abingdon, IL. She was a resident of Ellisville, IL 10 years. Those attending were the brother Silas Mitchell and wife of Avon, IL. The sisters Mrs. Dr. Bell of Duncombe, Iowa and her husband, Mrs. Charles Trulock and her husband of Abingdon, IL. Elijah South, Greenbush, IL. Mrs Steven Day, Stang, Neb..
The baby was taken by Mrs. Dr. Bell, but the father will keep the rest of the family to-gether.
