Death of Patricia Porteous, Garfield
Patricia Porteous, nine-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Porteous, passed away at 4:00 Thursday morning at her home east of Garfield. Her mother is the former Elsie Rainbolt of Garfield.
Patricia had been in ill health for the past three years, suffering from anemia, her death was caused by the collapsing of the blood vessels.
Besides her parents, she is survived by several brothers and sister.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed by the Beckwith mortuary.

Services for Pat Porteous
Services for Patricia Porteous 9, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Porteous, who died at her home Thursday morning, were held in Larned at the Beckwith Mortuary Saturday morning.
Pallbearers were Merwin Deets, William Wilson and Ben Apple.
Rev. O.L. Larson conducted the services and burial was in the Garfield cemetery.
